Most software projects fail at the edges: between sales and the CRM, between the warehouse and the ERP, between a clinic’s intake form and its scheduling system. Nobody owns the edge, so it gets patched by hand until it breaks.
So we start there. Designers, engineers and automation specialists work from the same map of the process, and the people who run that process check what we build before it goes live.
